I have had a Zaclys account for some time and I can connect through the web browser.

I have installed ownCloud client 1.5 and when I try to connect using the exact same username/password I always get back the same message:

Error: Wrong Credentials

What could be wrong?

Which OS are you using ?

If you are behind a proxy, you need to setup the client this way :
In the network tab, please check the manually option and https. Then enter the IP and the proxy port.

If the problem persists after this, contact us through our contact page : https://www.zaclys.com/Contact,99
And give your email or nickname. We'll check your configuration.

Hi Bill. I did follow the tutorial you mention. I am not behind a proxy.

I am running owncloud-client 1.5 on Ubuntu 14.04.

Are you using a stable version of the 14.04 release ?
