mails en spam

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps j'ai de plus en plus de mails que j'envoie qui n'arrivent pas, et j'en ai (vraiment) marre.
J'ai lu ce message : viewtopic.php?t=10960
J'ai configuré thunderbird à partir de votre tuto il y a 2 ans.
J'ai testé le tmail tester et j'ai 10
L'adresse à laquelle j'écris n'a pas de redirection visible
